Crystal Palace defeated West Ham United 4-3 in an intense Premier League match on Saturday. Palace scored three goals in a 15-minute frenzy in the first half, courtesy of Jordan Ayew, Wilfried Zaha, and Jeffrey Schlupp.

They managed to hold on to their lead despite West Ham’s attempts at a comeback, with Eberechi Eze scoring a penalty in the second half. This victory helped Palace move further away from the relegation zone.

Roy Hodgson’s men took control of the game in the first half with three rapid-fire goals from Ayew, Zaha, and Schlupp.

In the second half, Eze scored a penalty, sealing the win for Palace. Meanwhile, David Moyes’ West Ham managed to score three goals through Tomas Soucek, Michail Antonio, and Nayef Aguerd. However, they couldn’t catch up to Palace’s lead.

The start of the match was delayed by 15 minutes due to technical issues at the turnstiles. However, once the game began, it was a thrilling back-and-forth encounter.

The match took place at Selhurst Park on a sunny day, and the fans were treated to five goals in the first half alone.

This win helped Palace move ahead of Chelsea in the league table and secured their position in the Premier League for another season.

They currently stand at 11th place with 40 points after playing 34 games. On the other hand, West Ham slipped to 15th place, five points clear of the relegation zone, with five matches left to play.
