EA Sports FC – details and logo revealed

EA Sports has announced the details for its new video game, EA Sports FC. The new game will include access to over 19,000 fully licensed players and 700 teams. It will also include 30 leagues from around the world.

The brand identity is inspired by the triangles that have been a part of EA Sports football for the past 30 years. Its partners include the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, WSL, NWSL, and CONMEBOL. The brand is set to debut in the coming days in over 100 matches worldwide.

Nick Wlodyka, EA Sports FC senior vice president and general manager, stated that they are building on 30 years of leadership and history in creating experiences that bring the global football community together. He also added that they are continuing to take the game into a fan-first future. It will be a symbol for the sport and a symbol of innovation and change. Wlodyka stated that EA are excited to reveal more details about the game in July.

EA Sports has been a partner of world football video games since 1993, and the upcoming release marks the first game developed after Electronic Arts and FIFA chose not to renew their licensing deal. The new game will be the 40th different world football video game released by the developer. An official release date has yet to be announced, but more details will be revealed in July.
