Jordan Pickford from Everton and David Raya from Brentford are among the considerations. Spurs are also looking to bring in one or two defensive reinforcements, with current centre-backs not instilling confidence.
Tottenham is looking to bring in a playmaker in the centre of the park, with James Maddison from Leicester City identified as a key target if the price is right. Maddison is capable of providing creativity and flair in an area that is starved of attacking prowess.
Levy is also looking to bring in at least one more forward over the summer, with the possibility of a complete overhaul in the final third, given the Harry Kane transfer rumors.
Tottenham may require other points of attack, especially with Arnaut Danjuma and Lucas Moura not expected to stay at the club.
